Roll it up leaves!

I just flushed then fed my plants and now the leaves have gotten al screwd up man!Any one any ideas??the grow room is 1.5m x 1.5m,its roughly 23degrees celcius,ive got home made co2,using pk-13-14,bud boost,molasis and bloom fert,its in soil and im using a 400watt hps,ive got plenty of ventilation,intake fan,exaust,circulating fan,had a case of thrips,but just blasted em yesterday,the spray seemed to work straight away(expensive f"cking stuff),im 4-5 weeks in now,wana pick up the growth speed,an hints tips or tricks??

Don't trim leaves if they're yellow, they can still recover and provide the plant with energy to grow.
Trim dead leaves. They only waste the plant's effort.
Learn good topping techniques to produce more kolas.
All in all, looks a good grow. Man I'd like to hit that up.

The poor fish!

What's your humidity? That maybe causing the cupping of the leaves. It looks pretty good though! Not sure how to speed things up though growing weed takes time
