Seems like an interesting item. I found it a number of months ago, but just on some random website that had like 1 left (or originally only ever had 1). It says it splits the smoke into a thousand bubbles, similiar to that of a RooR diffuser (or any diffuser, for that matter), and I've seen it in action from a youtube.com video where it displays just that: a thousand little bubbles every hit.
