rockwool clones into soil question

i disagree with no drama. I have heard that giving it a light watering is best. Soaking up the medium stalls root growth. With little moisture in the soil, the roots dig deeper and grow faster while getting used to the new medium. I don't know this is what i was once told
 
all look to be doing ok for the momment under 24 hour light one
has droopy leaves us this from the shock of transplanting?
