Hi everyone I’m hoping someone can help me save my plants. After a few solid runs in soil I wanted to try something new. Big mistake. My plants are about 3 weeks old from sprout. They look rough. First they experienced and over watering. Sat I’m drenched cubes for 2 weeks. Blocks just now drying. Then I purchased a new much bigger light and did not dim enough which damaged them. Upon popping off my FloraFlex caps I encountered this (see pic). I’m assume it’s mold. Little algae spots too. Any suggestions. My PH is 6.2 my EC is 1.3. Temps average about 78-80 thru the day. Humidity is pretty low about a average of 50. Have a box fan blowing so air flow is decent .

First of all, the mold can just be cut right off. use a serrated blade and carve it off.
The seedlings always have trouble in rockwool. They'll pull out of it though just let the cubes dry out totally on the outside. the inside will retain moisture. At that point out them in a humid dome under light and leave em alone for a good week. Check everyday the cubes start to moisten up again and exchange the air.
