Rockwhool won’t dry

Hello everyone
I’m currently in week 2 of veg
For the first week I was hand watering so I decided to soak them in a bucket to get them nice and saturated so I can get correct reading on water content/dryback with my AROYA spot checker

after soaking my Hugo blocks 4days ago
my water content has stayed at 72% ever since

My room temps
72 low 82 high
Humidity
50% low 63% high

nutrients I’m using are
Athena cleanse ,core, and Grow
At 2.5ec
Ph 5.7

I already have roots coming out the bottom of the Hugo
And the plants look healthy

is this normal for rockwhool

No worries at 50% Rh I'd let them sweat

If the plants look healthy I wouldnt worry but would expect them to start drying out when the root mass is good

Ya it didn’t have enough roots now I’m feeding them 13 Times a day to get 15% dryback every day
