rockin dwarf plants how the fuck do i make um midgets

okay welll you guys are prolly gonna think ima jack ass but i want to make my plants small and bushy i dont have shit for grow room so i was wondering if i toped them to often to keep um about a foot repeatitively would this cause any problems i also have a frankenstein plant iv purposly put into stunted it a bunch of times now its retarted it has 14 leafs branches would better describe it ( still not bladed ) now and a bulb at the base because i buired the stem and put pin holes in it and it grew roots outa the stem now its about an inch high * not includeing leafs* they are all broad round leafs and its about 3 weeks old sooo will this ever grow into a real plant ima keep growin it either way but still curious if anyone else has done this this little fucker has sum serious up's and is pretty damn invinsible for a plant one day my buddy put a mega dose of mircale grow on it right after i did and he mixed it really potent but the damn thing is still alive so if it turns out it will be a pretty good plant

all you would need is a good HID light to keep the plants small and stout. YOu may find a free way to keep the plant alive indoors but if you want to smoke something out of it get a light at the least or keep buying weed.

flouresent is actlly working gr8 and if your electric bill gets incredibly high the electric company reports u to the feds for investigation it happend to a buddy of mine -_- lol only one plant is a retard on ( on perpous)

that light wont give you the fat bud at the end but if you keep it close it will be good enough, no one is investigating your power consumption if you pay your bills. They would offer to come check your wiring before just busting someone. Your power bill is not going to triple because you buy a 400w Hps

if you want it small, bushy and potent, put them early on 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness (the light should be red or if you do it with a LED pad combine red and blues lights) and in a few weeks it should be heaving all done flowers ) also use calcium and potassium for the flowers and for the energy they need and also, don't use any nitrogen if you don't want you're buds leafy.
