So Cool! Everyone loves this.
Take a 1.25 rolling paper and fold all 4 sides in about the length of the gum.
Unfold and pinch all 4 corners(just the small length of the fold)
What you have is a paper that looks like a small tray with pointed corners
You are done. It should spin easily on your finger. If it doesn't loosen up the folds a bit.
To get it started spinning, just pinch the middle of the paper between your thumb and pointer finger and start pushing it forward while releasing your thumb.
