Haha. The joy of responsibility. why i never went back to being a sous/head chef. Can't be getting away with the microwaved egg game when you're meant to be the guy people look up to and use for guidance.
I just don't see the point in a dislike button. Dislikes can cause emtotional issues, and arguemnts, so if you're gonna dislike something or someone, at least have the balls to publicly state your reason. Or as previously mentioned, just shout racist so that people can see you're just an idiot with problems

It does not exist for the obvious reason (which is same as admin's feeling, it creates too much negativity). Maybe someone shared a modification that does it but one of the xenforo staff members specifically said: "There will never be a dislike button."
I'd rather have the 5-star thread rating system back (there are addons for that) which besides being a more positive approach does allow for "1 star" as a sort of dislike.
mmm i dont like idea and i think most of the staff feels the same.
there are certain members who really just dont like other members..and i feel personally those people would always just get disliked
i would like the stars back they were nice

Nothing scientific, but i've seen a heck of a lot less posts of "one starred" based on nothing but personal conflicts since the feature went away. And the actual star rating ever really meant anything to anyone when opening a thread, it seems that on this site, people just understand how prejudice, biggoted, ignorant, and hateful people can be, and that the star was often irrelevant. Once again i find myself coming back to bucky as an example. This is a stoner forum, a like button makes perfect sense, but if you genuinely dislike something, then state why. Why give people a shortcut to negativity?
