Ripening or Heat?

Are the hairs on the top of my plant in this pic brown because of heat or ripening?

23rd day of flowering
430w lamp w/fan to cool bulb and oscillating fan for top of plant to cool top..

I CANT IMAGINE THIS BEING RIPENING! I'm not that far!

keep it about an inch or 2 higher than what it is now. you don't want it to high or your plant will stretch. you want it just above burning the plant.
