As far as I see if I don't get a card as suggested, I'm not agreeing to the terms limiting me to six plants.
If you give them the right to grow your herb you lose that right, Period. If you do that and you decide you want to grow your own youll have to send in a form removing them as your caregiver. You can then grow your own again.

In Colorado the law uses the word "collectively". A patient and their caregiver can "COLLECTIVELY" have 6 plants in their possession. That's not a direct quote but close. When you designate a cg you can split the plants with them how you want.
Don't know if your in Colorado though.
