Right time for changing light periods ?

HI i have an afghani skunk two months old in a very little recipient, kind of 1, 1.5L, it has just shown a preflower but just a small one and at only one spot, should i wait for more preflowers to change the light cycle or do it now to increase the preflowering process???
 
Do I understand correctly that you have it in a container no larger than 1.5 L? How tall is this plant after growing for two months? I can't believe it's not root bound. I suggest transplanting to a larger container. If you don't want to do that, start flowering now. Even so, that's way too small of a container.
 
yes exactly, my container is minimum, the plant is about 25cm, my intention was to keep this one at this place and produce a kind of bonsai, miniature cannabis, i think ill change the cycles eventough my harvast gonna be low...
 
At that size it should be in at least a 5 L container, and that's still probably too small. If left in that size container, expect around a quarter oz if your very lucky. No root system= no yield. Next time you try it this way you should start flowering at about 2 weeks after it sprouts.
