Right strain

I am looking for a strain to fit my medical needs. I have multiple back issues and had multiple surgeries. I suffer from chronic pain and have over tightened muscles. I know I need one with high CBD. But does anyone have any suggestions?

Why would you need high cbd? Have you tried high cbd and it worked or is it just assumed that is what you need?
