Judge rules he won't dismiss Rick Perry case over paperwork technicality

(CNN) -- A state district judge in Texas has denied a defense motion to have two felony charges dismissed against outgoing Gov. Rick Perry.
Perry's defense argued the indictment should have been voided over questions regarding the validity of the oath of office taken by the special prosecutor in the case, Michael McCrum, as well as other paperwork technicalities.
The governor's legal team argued that McCrum incorrectly took the oath of office when McCrum was sworn in as special prosecutor in August 2013, and thus, McCrum's work over the past 15 months should be considered invalid.
The district judge disagreed.

I have come to the conclusion recently that it is republicans lack of constructive thinking that makes them believe anything FOX throws at them. It's not their fault though, they didn't have bush around then to restructure the school systems to standardized tests that revolved around constructive thinking, problem solving and common sense. Bush and the republicans didn't realize that their attempt to crush the public school system with these test's has raised a generation of young people who can see right thru the bullshit they spew. Not long till the thoughtless die off and real progression can take place instead of trying to take us back to the " good ol' day's".

Fear and hate make money.
The entertainers know that the audience doesn't like the change that is going on as it has for all of man's history.
Now we can use the amplification of the media to focus that melancholy on the goverment, and more specifically the progressives.
It makes for good market share and profits. It also gives those old AM radios new life.
The sociopaths that happen to have a lot money can use this new reality to enrich themselves.
 
Obamacare sucks. (Republican idea) but it is better than nothing. The Republican strategy for the last 6 years has been to oppose every thing. Even their own ideas. And with the new reality, an ample dose of lies and a modicum of money. They have succeeded in crippling the goverment and promoting the perception it's the progressives fault.
 
Obamacare is a pile of shit. It was done on purpose. Don't throw me in the briar patch! That whole "Republican idea," is bullshit. That's how it was meant to be.

I want single payer.

It's not better than nothing. My whole life I've had a gold plan. But ever since Obamacare, my premiums almost doubled.

I go to the same DR I have been seeing for the past 15 years. He gives me what I need. I go home happy and healthy. That's all that really matters.

My doctor moved, Didnt like his style (ordered unecessary tests) My new doctor is even worse. Has nothing to do with my insurance. Just bad luck choosing doctors

I've always paid my own way. Being dependent on government makes you the loser. How much I work is none.of your concern. All I do is get high all day and write. Getting paid is a bonus.

It must really suck having to worry about mean Republicans taking away your toys. Especially with threats about painting your house so you look like less of a redneck.
