Are they the same thing or what? I have both but dont want to use them both incase it has adverse effects

im not familiar with superthrive but i am using the entire Canna line up. i love rhizotonic and so do my plants roots! i dont know what superthrive does but rhizo helps establish roots faster and build a bigger, stronger root system.

Any comments about the Canna lineup? I have thought about using it since someone I know has good results. The soil to be exact but what nutes are for veg and which are for flower in their line up? Thanks

I agree with Rockstar, my cuttings and seedlings love the rhizo. Not sure about superthrive, too lazy to google about it either. check the npk ratio, that normally gives a good indication. I even use my rhiz for foliar spray...i have heard good things about canna, this is the only product I use of there, I am using Bionova which is also sweet. Laters peeps,

This is most of my nuitrients...I also just recently bought Bloombastics boost 1L and ROX 1L, but sure I use both Rhizotonic and Superthrive together and the results are always good :) - STELTHY

CANNA's Rhizotonic, Is mainly used for root development and exfoliating dead roots to make way for fresh new ones, and SUPER-THRIVE, is an ultra strong potion, that is as well as aimed at steady root production, is also used for rapid growth healthy green leaves and bigger fruit (bud) production.. you only need to literally use a few drops to avoid nuit burn... hence the reason I only have a small vial of it, (my res. is always between 5 and 10L), so depending on the size of your hydroponic res. bare this in mind and upscale the amount of drop's you add depending on the amount of L in your res. eg/ 3 drops per 5-10L, 6 drops per 15-20L 9 drops per 25-30L etc etc... I dont grow in soil so the method and amount you'd add you'd have to question a soil grower, but to answer your question, they do do different things - STELTHY

im using the coco lineup so everything is used together throughout the cycle except for pk 13/14 which is only used during flower but yea that thread n1knightmare posted is awesome. jberry is great and will gladly answer any questions you have.

If you go on Canna's web site they give you a form to fill out and you get to choose AQUA, HYDRO, COCOA etc... The size of your grow container/pot, And your Ec and it will depict how much of which nuits to use, how often and is to be honest a really really helpful guide :) - STELTHY

Theres a huge differance between rhizotonic and SUPERthrive, rhizo is designed to stimiulate new root growth and shed away dead/damaged roots while superthrive is a vitamin and hormone mix designed to enhance plant health, nute up-take, minimize shocking and boost growth. Some people don't like it but i use it on all my plants including the vege patch (soil application only). Superthrive is made up of .09% vitamin B1 and .048% 1-napthyl acetic acid and was developed in the late 1930s by a biochemist based in both plant and human sciences.
