Reverting Back to Veg Cycle?

What damage can this do to the plant? Pros and cons?

ive seen bud rot stoped prduction of bud sites sun leaves around bud brown and rot basicly it starts 2 fall apart and re start like hardbooting a comp if you can avoid it avoid it but if you cant its gunna be a bit b4 shit starts 2 look good again
