Revegging.......... Root-bound ..........

What happens if you let a plant root bound but with more that 15 hours of sunlight, will it reveg back or it will start flowering ? Some say root bound doesn't take effect some say it does.

Root bound means that the roots are not expanding but strangle each other or stop growth. Round bound plants need watering more often more of it.

I reveg in the same pot I was flowering in until new leave she pick up, so two weeks usually.

If you're already in a huge pot I'd cut the rootbal or gently massage some of the ball and dirt will fall and place in same pot size with new soil.

Need a little more information on your plant you're trying to re veg

I'm actually trying to let them stay in flower but i was just wondering if root bound with 15 hours of sunlight will make them reveg back you know the 12-12 cycle

they won't reveg under 12-12. you have to give them at least 16-8, 18-6 would be better. it's full of flowering hormone, you have to break that down, to get them to grow again, and it breaks down under light

If you don't want to re veg I'd suggest lowering your lighting to 12/12 for a better chance of staying in flower by bringing them inside if you can?

I'm confused on your question now.
Why do you have a plant outside if you don't want it to revegging? (Unless you're in a place where you only get 15 hours or less I guess it's fine) but just in case I'd lower the lighting to at least 13 for outdoor. I know I'm getting 14/5 and my plants are blooming and no signs of flower only veg.

Plus my flowering plant from indoors I've brought out to re veg.

It’s okay but here take a look I can already see new leaves growing you think the best think I can do is cover it with a tarp n change the cycle to 12-12 ?

What has the time been for you since spring, were your plants out when it was 12/12 11/13 lighting ? Or were they flowing indoors and you brought them out in hopes they would continue?

If you're in the us or Canada the hours of day light will go up in the summer and you will only get re vegging results at this time. Outdoor and indoor are different.

Indoor you have have your vegging plants at 20/4 , 24/0, or even 18/6 and when you want to flower you make one switch to 12/12 and keep that cycle yntil you harvest. Usually the plant has an adjustment period or stretch period of 1-3 weeks.

Outdoor,
There's no switch.
Plants go out in April/ may with generally 13-15 hours of light, enough to keep the plants from flowering. Plants need to be mature to start showing sex so even with a plant being under 12/12 for a few weeks the plant would have to grow to maturity to start to flower.

If you had your plant outside to flower you will or should wait until August for some areas to get the lighting needed for outdoor to flower.

If you want it to revert back to flower with hopefully no loss of bud you have now; go to 12/12 if you can and make sure there are no light leaks. Outdoor doesn't seem to care for light leaks as the moon is there's and city lights never effect my flowering plants but again I veg from may to July then they flower naturally as the light times change. :)

Yeah I’m in Cali I got this babies in March (clones) they started flowering April 29 which is basically 5 weeks of flowering but yeah usually mid May is when there’s more than 15 hours of sunlight which made them revegg but people say to cover my greenhouse with a tarp for 12 hours for them to get back to the flowering stage .

Shit, I have a bunch of this one strain that is still teetering on returning to veg even now, put out a little later than you did.
The clones I took have revegged, but damn, if I didn't waste a bunch of good grow time....

That would be why, I started some in march inside and brought them out just a week ago so they wouldn't flower then reveg.

That would work again just make sure no light leaks

Nah, they're in open air.
They're my biggest by a long throw, so the time isn't all that much of a hit to the returns.
I haven't done this strain, but I take it'll be an early flowerer due to this, which is fine. We're before the solstice, it's fine.

The length of the dark period is what triggers the plant to flower. Longer nights and it will start to flower. Looks like you put your plants out too soon. Or went from long light hours inside to shorter, natural light hours outside. If you don't want it to reveg, you will have to throw shade. {light depo}

A few of mine are early flowering too. I'm using a couple of them to made seeds. Will find out soon if they are going to reveg or not.

Good luck
