resin builder w/bushmaster?

I am on my second crop of white widow that Ive used bushmaster with. The first time I used bm once at 3ml per g with GH and it really worked compact wise and bud density bud the large dense firm buds did not resin up, even in the 6,7,8 wks--NO RESIN ! My friend said when I use bm I trade resin for dense compact buds. Well, this crop I only used 1ml per g and the crop is at end of 2nd week flower with no stretch and buds already, no resin thow its way early==pray for resin or feedback on resin building with bushmaster plants (WW)

strain has alot to do with that. if you dont have trichs 3 weeks in then its not going to be that frosty

Is there a way to boost trich production? Ive grown this strain w/o bm and had very heavy trichome productions, do you believe the bushmaster stifles or stunts resin production and will I be able to turn it around in wk 2 ??? Thanx so MUCH for your feedback!!
