Rescued bagseed under CFL, my first grow. Purple stems.

I was given a seedling that had been growing in a friend's window. Strain is not exactly known. I was told it was Blue something but she wasn't too clear.
I decided to give it a fair chance and some TLC.
This will be my first grow but I have learned a lot about growing and feel confident in my knowledge.
I have a closet that I am putting together. I am using CFL lighting and Alaskan fish fert.
when I got this plant it was in dirty soil and seemed to be struggling, I transplanted it a week ago into potting soil, compost mixture.
the next morning after transplanting it the leaves started drooping but they are getting stronger and I think it has bounced.
It is in week 3-4 of Veg.
My only concern now is the stems are purple.
I have read multiple threads about purple stems but no one ever gave a clear answer. Since the plant is looking healthy I will not worry much.

I am interested to see what people think. I would love advice.

looks fine, no worries. I get a purple stem form time to time, i say tis from growing and it is healthy

Right now I have it under 2 100w CFL's one is 6500k and the other is 5000k, I have a LED Light I was given but I am not sure about its specs so I haven't set up the LED.
Is my lighting setup ok?

So I had some ideas and decided to make a better cabinet.
I had an old stereo cabinet sitting around. I lined it with emergency blankets and hung my lights inside it. I think I will use this cab to veg and my bigger closet area when I go 12/12. I think I could Veg at least 4 clones in here.
