Reputable clinics to vendor to

i noticed there was a post of the clinics to stay away from while vending, how about clinics where people have had good experiences vending to them. If there was already one made i apologize, i couldn't find it. I live in the riverside area and im researching collectives that are good to deal with for vendors
 
Harbor Side Health Center, the best and most professionally run I have ever seen. The rest are pretty much a joke, i've been to a lot down south and they all suck. I will give you a tip though and your welcome in advance No fronts what so ever, don't leave any samples and Don't fuck with any Armanen's or russians, they are scum and will try and rob you any chance they get.
 
Shit homie, i've been to a lot of em. There all about profit and trying to undercut the vender.
 
Can anyone with a medical cannabis rec walk in and be a vendor to any dispensary?

What's the catch/breakdown?
 
LOL Keep it simple bring a sample to the Club, have it Tested $35 to $40 for THC,CBD & Contaminants.
"Purple Heart" in Oakland Pays $2800 to $3300 a "P" all day for top Shelf, if you grow crap you will get crap for it...... Good luck my friends....
 
Yes every Club Has Days set for Venders and you need to be Registered with that club so they have you in their system. Don't always go to the same club every crop switch it up.
Stay under the radar. If you got top shelf and know set your price be smooth.....

I agree the majority are all about the money, and I get the impression that harbor is different in that aspect but I just feel that Harbor doesn't have professional workers in every area. Ex. Harbor San Jose the girl helping was so stoned out of her mind that she could care less about helping me. Harbor Oakland, one of the clone guys that was helping me cared more about staring off in the distance than to let me check out clones. I had to interrupt his staring a few times, and each time he would breathe out hard like I was bothering him. I don't think he was high but on something else. The security in both places have been very professional though.

haha i know its a bit early lol. i want to try to start doing some indoor also though so i should have some before the outdoor finishes. I live on a triplex though with family, and 4 of us have cards, so i could grow like 24 plants haha. i doubt if ill even do half that though and im sure there will be some extra i need to get rid of

All dispensaries are all about the money. But keep in mind you're going in there to get money too. It's business.

Dispensaries no longer have professional employees. Any of them IMO. Every person working at every dispensary in the bay area is dabbed out of their mind all the time. I understand how massive of a generalization that is, but I believe it's literally true. Finding a functional human at a dispensary is basically impossible now.

All you can do is be patient. Come in with a product that is in high demand. Be reasonable with your prices but don't get taken.

A warning to everyone: Being a vendor at dispensaries will not be a viable job for much longer. All these clubs grow their own in house products. The way it's going soon all dispensaries will provide all their own buds in house.

People still like variety, even if the flavor of the year is grown by dispensaries, I doubt they'd grow every strain. It will mostly hurt people growing gsc, the kush of the month, blue dreamers.
 
Branding. People may begin to look for specific brands. Dan Kone's Olde Timey Cannabis Company and such.

Many brewpubs brew in house yet still carry other brands. Of course I am really just guessing here. I don't really have any great insight into the industry. I will say this though... I would love to see cannabis looked at not as medicine, (except for those that need it) but as recreational. I think of the days of the Moulan Rouge and the Belle Epoch... cannabis would have fit in wonderfully in that scene. Right next to the absinth. I would like to see a recreational scene with that kind of fun loving attitude.

As regulation and legalization comes along, we must push for the ability to smoke in public such as in a dutch style coffee shop, vape lounge, hookah bar, etc. We must not let ourselves be regulated or shamed into our back bedrooms!

Well customers might want that, but that doesn't mean dispensaries will buy it from you. Why would they want to give you 2800 a pound when they can grow their own and make all the money themselves? Even if they are putting out an inferior product, they still make a larger profit margin.

Right now vending buds is limited to A grade amazing shit and indoor you want to sell for outdoor prices. But even that will go away as clubs grow more and more in house. Vendors will get squeezed out entirely. It won't take long. The writing is on the wall.

A very good point. Dispensaries will still purchase brand name products, just not buds because buds aren't branded. Selling buds is still the most profitable part of the business. The market is flooded with other brand name products. buds and concentrates are 90-95% of dispensary sales, everyone else is fighting for that last 5% of the market share.
 
But buds CAN be branded. The grower AND the variety can be branded, much like wine. Many vinyards grow chardonnay grapes and make chardonnay wine. But not all are equal. A wine connoisseur may want to know about where the grapes were grown, what kind of soil, etc. Dan Kones Olde Timey pipe weed company may grow original santa cruz blue dream, but so does Phishtanks' Pompous Pipeweed Company. Not to mention any in house proprietary crosses that the Popous Pipeweed company might have.

I'm thinking that the future of cannabis culture is in our hands, right now. We have to change the culture, and encourage more high end connoisseur smoking/activity. I think we especially need to shed the image of the cheech and chong stoner and the rapper gangster stoner. Just my opinion though, your mileage may vary

It's possible. But a dispensary would have to allow it. I've never seen that happen.

The wine industry is largely run by professionals. Some of them are 4th generation wine producing families who've been trained since birth to make excellent wine. Dispensaries are run by some dude sitting in a room taking dabs all day who a couple years ago was some random street dealer but now finds himself with a legit business.

The reality is that if you go into any dispensary you buy that dispensary's brand of buds. If you grow really good buds the dispensary is going to want to take the credit for it, not give the grower credit.

Nice idea, but reality doesn't work that way. As I said, the dispensary will want to take credit for the buds, not give it to someone else. If they give the grower credit then they are dependant on the grower. They must pay that grower properly. Anonymous bud growers are expendable. They like it that way.

Incorrect. It's in the hands of a bunch of man-children using dispensaries as their personal ATM machinces.

The second we get real full nation wide legalization these dispensaries will all be put out of business by real businessmen. All of them.
