if plants have been on flower for 4 weeks in 10 litre pots do they need repotting to 15 litre for the last 4 weeks there done on guano healthy looking good fruity pungent smell

How tall and bushy are the plants now? A properly done transplant should not stress the plant much if at all, so if it needs it then do it.

That should be fine... at this time and without a reason I'd stay with what you've got.. 10L is a good size.... luck.
