repotting before flowering.

Do I need to wait to set 12/12 after repotting to a 3gal pot.... I don't wanna flower to early after repotting.
Also after adding my fresh new soil.... Do I need to wait a couple of weeks before starting to add flowering nutes, scared of adding nutes nutes that are already in pre fert soil.

man u can repot and flower it wont matter and go ahead and keep same nute schedule just change from veg to flower nutes
and i try to stay away from soil with time release nutes hard to control dont know when it is releasing them but u are fine go flower her
