Yesterday morning I go to check on my ladies only to find my 600 watt htg hps bulb burnt out.....I literally probably turned red because the bulb isnt even a month old... So being sunday I was screwed with calling them because their closed... So this morning I called them and the guy immediately appoligized and said he would immediately ship me out a new one no questions asked and said he is giving me a better brand bulb (growbright) at no charge... Its nice to see a company stand behind their product and value their customers... :clap:

Growbright is not a better brand..I have a couple burnt out bulbs from my 400 with thos ebulbs being from as low as a day old to a month old i went with the agromax bulb and ive been good since

I agree I bought all three of my lights from them at a way cheaper price and never had any trouble more peeps should shop there my local growship wants $90 for 2ml Mylar at a 100 ft they have it at 38.95 for 150 ft 2ml I support local business just don't support runnin naked backwards through a corn field haha

What I meant was its a better bulb than the one I had which was a htg (a 40.00 bulb), They gave me the growbright(a 50.00 bulb) at no extra charge. Im going to just order a extra one just in case...

Yes do because ive been having problems with those growbright bulbs and i dont understand how they can even try to compare them to hortilux unless hortilux does the same thing which i doubt

Yeah, their prices are probably the best Ive found. Even the more expensive equip is quite a bit cheaper than others....

Hopefully growbright is better than htg's brand....you guys are starting to scare me...lol....good thing I had some tube floros and cfl's for side lighting or I really would have been screwed...
