They were awesome right?
The baked ones ,well they um fuckin suck!
I really enjoyed the old fried ones with the little bubbles in the crust.after a long search, here it is and its really easy to make.
buy any pre made pie dough
can of apple or cherry ect pie filling
cut dough into any shape, smaller the better.
use a ravioli method to fill pies
now freeze till frozen
pot big enough to deep fry ur pies(this is why smaller is better)
Heat oil(whatever you kind like)to 320
thats a nice temp to work with when frying
take pies out of freezer dip in cold water and into the oil.
cook till golden brown.

the crust will come out just like the old McDonals pies that you once loved.
Ive been living on them for about a wk now,I can't get enough.

Im writing this dowm,no shit!

Im not a big fan of apple but the cherry pie's that Mc's used to sell were the best,im going to ask my wife to make these.

Very good and well made pastry will also be very flakey and appear to act as though it was deep fried - even though it was baked on account of the assload of delicious real butter it contains.

yummy!
