Remember that guy on a Motorcycle who got pulled over by an non uniformed state trper

This was posted earlier when it happened by someone else. I'm not sure if the follow up has been posted, but its fucked up. The guy could get 16 years for video taping it.

I cant see any of this holding up in a court of law..but then again the justice system takes care of there own..
