Not one single arrest was ever made by federal authorities by the Obama administration. Not one. In fact, all federal forces were told not to bother anybody at all over Medical Marijuana. President Obama recognized states rights, and simply refused to try to step on them.

The Obama administration said Thursday that it would not challenge laws legalizing marijuana in Colorado and Washington state as long as those states maintain strict rules involving the sale and distribution of the drug.

That was August of 2013. The only people federal authorities arrested were those breaking the law. Selling without a license, transporting over state lines, selling to minors, etc. They deserved to go to jail. They broke the fucking law.

Not one single legitimate grower was so much as detained by Federal authorities under the Obama administration.

No, moron. But the law is the law. If you're breaking the law and get busted, that's NOT the presidents fault. It's yours. I myself break the law by using marijuana and have for a long time. I hope for a day when it's legal, but until that day comes I have to accept the consequences for what happens to me should I ever get caught WITHOUT blaming somebody else that has nothing to do with it.

I never will get caught though. You know why? I'm not a fucking idiot that goes out selling it. I'm not a fucking idiot that walks onto state property and fires up in front of a bunch of 18 and 19 year old students.

It wasn't a real University it was a medical marijuana college and I doubt they let minors in. I also doubt it was government property.

Yes. But there was no new legislation regarding cannibals until much later. California had medical in use since the late '90's. To this very day, not one single legitimate grower has ever been arrested. All those who have are law breakers. Every last one.
