Anyone know of any good, reliable dispensaries or clubs that supply clones in SD?

Be sure to stay away from emarijanaclones or anything they may be affiliated with. Other than that its a crap shoot. You might have better luck on Craigslist.

I've seen some posts on craigslist but that seems like the most illegitimate route to take.

I've heard some good things about CQDNA in downtown SD- any thoughts there?

I almost purchased from CQDNA, but didn't, so I cant really say much about them, although I believe they have a minimum.

Next Generation (or Generation Next) has had a good selection of clones in the past, I've seen some good plants grown from clones a few buddies bought from there... they're down near the border though so it's kind of a drive.
