A study published in the International Journal of Drug Policy last year surveyed more than 440 people who used cannabis and found they preferred buying it from dispensaries to growing it at home or getting it from a dealer.

Fuck that shit. If private shops are allowed in BC it should be a fair game for any British Columbia/Canadian to come and apply and not have to worry that someone selling weed illegally gets in first. Just like the BC private liquor store association can go fuck them selves too for trying to lock it in for themselves.

I like the Saskatchewan idea of lottery. I have no problems with dispensary owners being able to apply like anyone else but I have a huge problem of them saying their should be rewarded with a license to sell because they're breaking current laws, if that's so than anyone ACMPR grower should be grandfathered in with a Craft License.
