as long as you have the documentation to backup your health issue you are eligible. criminal record does not come into play unless you want to be a DG for another patient.

You'll want to use a online clinic like DoNoHarm or one of the few others that specializes in MJ you will have better luck than any regular doctor.

thanks for that info, is that one of the better online clinics or is their better ones?

I recommend trying your family DR. first.. If he won't sign, then try an online clinic. My family DR was fine with signing one, and I didn't have to pay ANY fees to get License to possess/Produce. Most online clinics will try and charge you Hundred's of Dollars.

I was fortunate enough to be able to get my Dr to sign as well. +1 to asking your Dr first.
