reflectors? or not?

I have a quick ? My 4 plants are about 1 week old. When I setup my closet someone on here told me to use those clamp lights. Which I think are great btw. Only they told me to take off the reflector so I did. Should I put them back on? I've seen a lot of setups with them on there? Pls anser. +rep. Thx!!

What kind of light are you running? If your using a 400w hang it vertical and have the plants grow around it. The screens are fairly cheap if you want more info on this method just ask.

Damn my bad !!! Mos def shoulda provided more info..I'm talkin bout those clamp lights. I put cfls in them. Wondering if I should keep the reflector that comes with it on or off?

if the closet isnt totaly reflective then surround the plant with the lights and use the reflectors to direct all of the avail light right on top of and all around the plants.
