is it worth while putting this into my tent? it already has white reflective walls.

yes it is, its small money to optimize your already running set up, according to my light meter Maylor is about twice as effective as flat white

whatever floats your boat. Mylar is proven to be more reflective than white.

I use it in my closet grow and it does really well !
