Is metal sheet material with ribs like they use on pole barns or metal roofs good reflective material for walls and ceiling?

No. Ribs are not going to reflect out....

Thanks I wasn't sure and I couldn't find any body that had used it before.

Flat white paint with titanium dioxide.
Mylar
Panda film

The first option is the best. Has the highest light reflective value

Thanks a lot. So flat white it is, can I just paint directly onto plywood or is that a bad idea? Where do you get the titanium dioxide or is that just in some flat paints?

It should be in some flat white paints.
Look up brands that have it in it already and yes you can pain directly in plywood.

If you don't wanna do plywood buy pasteboard
