reflective film on floor?

hello,
does it help to have relective film on the floor of your room? if so, what do you guys use? thanks!!!

Jorge cervantes has a thing on this.... He claims that reflected light on the underside of the leaves can be detrimental to the plants. I just followed that and made my floor black
