Red tinge growing on plants stems

I have two plants and both are about 14 weeks old. One plant is now growing red tinge all along its main stem and every other stem. I am questioning this because my other plant remains green as ever and they still both look healthy. Any ideas on why the red is happening ? Thanks.

What strain are they?

It's a cross of some sort, doesn't look pure indica or pure sativa. I've come across a few that had red stems but were totally healthy, so you probably don't have anything to worry about.

alright thanks. yeah the one with the red looks better then ever so i didnt know if it was a really good sign or what not. saying these are about 4 months...it usually takes about 6 for a fully grown plant right ¿

14 weeks and they look like that ? yeah your the second person to tell me that. when i first started these they received no more then 4-5 hours of light a day and it was never above 65 degrees. within the past 2 weeks they are now receiving 7-8 hours of 75 degrees+ a day therefore i hope they look like they are supposed to. i also topped these maybe that's why you think they still look really small.

They need more direct sunlight, that's all. 14 weeks in good light gives you a bush. As your light gets better and the temps come up, you'll start to see more developed and larger leaves.

oh most def as i started putting these in direct sunlight they started bushing out, and the red stems. just my first grow...trying to get anything

Just to be safe I'd give it one dose of your flowering nutes. Purple is sometimes a sign of phosphorus def. 8-8-8 fert would work. Better safe than sorry. :)

oo how much do i add and how often ?

Like I said, just one time. Mix probably a tablespoon to a gallon, then water it in. People tend of overfeed at the sign of a def. With a case like this where you don't know if it's a def or not, overfeeding can kill if using hot nutes.
