Red Soil Bugs??

So I have battled gnats and mites over the past few years but I picked up soil a few weeks ago and it was completely infested with these little red bugs. I am not sure what the hell they are and I have tried captain jacks organicide, mighty wash and h202. I believe the problem is not knowing the enemy so I come here in hopes one of you will be able to help.

They are very very very tiny so it would be near impossible to photograph and they only seem to become visible if I tap the top soil or when the soil is dry.

Gonna need to try and get a pic lol, same thing happened to me years ago with ocean forrest, but in my case they were good.

phytoseiulus persimilis, look them up and check.

Thanks guys, I will try to get pics tonight after work! They actually might be good bugs because my plants were nice and lush until I doused them with capn jacks. First time i've seen these guys but it did come from fox farms :P.
