red hairs, no bud

i just looked at my plants today for the first time in about a week and its about 2 weeks into flowering and theres tiny buds forming but the hairs that are coming out are all mainly red already. shouldnt they all still be white?

OMG i never heard of a plant getting red hairs a week or two into flowering

Ok I have been having the same problem I was growing it outside for a month then brought it inside for about a 4 days and had it under a 40w Fl .... dont ask me why i did that but anyways Ive had it outside now for about a week and I check up on it everday and ive never seen the white hairs but I do see red hairs on the top of the plant and theres no buds ... is the plant trash now or could i still get something out of it.

Theres your issue if your using only 1 40 watt bulb you dont have sufficeint light to fully flower so your buds will be tiny but as you do its 12/12 they ripened under the small amount of light you gave them so basically your looking at what buds you will be kinda ending with maybe slightly bigger.

Heres the pics if you look close you can see the red hairs but no buds at all the top of the plant its hard to see them but its there
