Hi all, Its been a while since my last post. All is good, but I have a question. I have a healthy looking lady growing, but I have noticed that a lot of her hairs are red. Is this a good thing, she's about 3 weeks in to flowering. Thanks for the help.

PS everything else is lookin awesome on the plant.

I don'ty know for sure but I think I mostly agree with this. Is this a clone? It looks like it was in flower and then went back into growth. Did you let her get light during her dark period? How long is your dark period?

Shouldn't you be asking why it looks so sickly droopy?

I bet the brown hairs are because you sprayed a bug killer or something on her, but damn she's really sick and you need to fix it.

no dis oregon meds but the plant doesnt look sick to me looks like it was just watered or slightly over watered and on the sativa/indica more indica side with the small leaves all normal colored but u see the cfl that could add to it aswell

Thanks for the info so far. As far as her being sick, I'm not an expert but I don't think shes sick. This grow is kinda an experiment, as the veg cycle was very very short. Like 2 weeks. I did notice the red hair after 1 1/2 days without power. So during those days she was in darkness and temps dropped to the mid 40's. I know that is not ideal by any means but she has pulled through nicely. As far as weather or not its a clone, no shes not. All and all I am very optimistic about her...

Do the tops always droop and curl like that? They should be perky, leaves proudly pointed perfectly to collect the light. Less than that is an issue and the top leaves of yours appears curled up in both directions rather than healthy and perky.

I think I am more sensitive to problems than you are. Maybe you'll come back in a while when it looks worse and more obvious?

Or maybe you did just water and it hadn't perked up yet but the curl in the wide direction of the leaves just tells me you are at the start of something going south.

Thanks for all the info so far. I will defiantly keep this thread updated through out the growth. She is looking awesome today. I fed her last night (FoxFarm) and as usual after a feeding she is looking perky. Any questions, please ask. Thanks...

I'm guessing you are in a closet. What kind of airflow do you get? Do you have a veg room and a flowering room?

Wow dude, its always nice to see some good genetics, especially when your growing them out unintentionally man. Just hope that the trend continues throughout the rest of the grow. Good luck with the rest of it, and blast that bitch with all the light that you can muster, lol.

+rep for the accidental pink indica :D

:leaf::leaf::leaf:Well its been a week + since I posted new pisc so here ya go. Shes doing "AWESOME" and all (well almost all) her new hairs continue to be red. I cant wait to smoke some of her and tell all ya how good she has been to me. LOL, anyways like I originally said this has been kind of an experimental grow. She was put into 12/12 really early. Other than that everything has been normal. Food and soil are all Fox Farm. As far as ventilation, that's good with one fan on top of my box sucking out and one fan on bottom blowing in. Ill make sure to keep u all posted with future results. Bye...:leaf::leaf::leaf:
