Recommended training type for outdoor Sour Tangie (sativa)

Growing a sativa dominant outdoor this year, just curious what’s the best training style? I’ve heard mainlining is not recommended for sativa doms as they stretch too much. Thanks in advance for the input!

would only top longest branches, then bend her left and right till all the rest stuck out perfectly, such a shame i lost her to root aphids. ended up cloning her and running it again. as a clone been doing the same and her canopies already developing niceley!
