I have two prescriptions that i use for migraines.. (topomax and immitrex) And was just curious if I could use these to get a recommendation for medical marijuana? I'm not too fond of the side effects i get using these prescriptions. I think it should be fairly easy to get recommended because marijuana has been found to help migraines.
What is the best place to go (mediCann??) in terms of reputable in court. And for my medical proof to get the recommendation could i just bring in my current prescriptions or do i need to bring in my medical records??
Please any help would be greatly appreciated

I have medicann and so do all of my friends. It's an official paperwork and in the medicann office it says they are the number one most respected by leo. Some of the paperwork you can get such as the one from green relief, has HAND written words on their, not just the signature. Which in my mind makes it look like shit. Their are a lot of places offering medical marijuana cards but imo Medicann is the best. As long as you have paperwork you will be alright, good luck and be safe:weed::weed:bongsmilie

Regardless of the name, they're all basically the same ol thing. You go in, present your needs for medical marijuana, pay and leave with your recommendation. Some require medical records on the spot when the see you, others not so much. Try to avoid those "bargains".. IE : Coupons in magazines for discount Recommendations, recommendations at expos, special offers.

If you are in the Sacramento area, check out the free weekly newspaper Sacramento News and Review. Their back pages are full of ads for not only where you can get recommendations, but also has shitloads of ads for dispensaries

And who says 215 is abused?

LOL

The OP sounds like he/she has a legitimate right to MM. I wonder how many of those 215 "businesses" are funding anti-prop 19 propaganda?

Just a thought....

Medicann is good but a lil pricey i think its 150 newbies and 100renewals.... my opinion as long as you get your rec from a legit dr they are all the same. I got mine down south in whittier for 35 buckz (super cheap, they had some special for traveling to LA county i just had to show them my dl with zip code showin i live in Nor Cal. i was down there anyways visiting fam in murrieta, so killed 2 birds w 1 stone . Google it, bestpriceevaluations.com or some shit like that.) If u dont wanna travel u should wait til the coventions come around. We went to the international cannabis and hemp expo in SF like 2 weeks ago and my homie got his for 50, from a reputable dr from Sac. so my suggestion would be shop around on the net, look for ads in the paper and do your homework. good luck

Why not just go to your regular doctor and ask for one? I mean, surely it's for a valid medical reason, right?
