recomend light for lowryder#2

can anyone tell me the best light for growing lowryder

im growing under 400w hps and its "bad assing" it right now.

Is HPS what is preferred for lowryder? Or would you use MH if you had it? Or does it even make a difference since it is autoflowering? Or do you use MH for the first two weeks and then switch to HPS when the plant has begun flowering?

i m plannin on usin fluresent for a week or two just till the shop gets more hps in.

if i could have it my way, i would use a t5 for the first 3 weeks, and then switch to 400w hps, but all i have is a 400w hps so 400w hps it is!
