Been growing this for about 3 months now under a 50 watt led. Decided to defoliate after I saw a few leaves turning yellow and a leaf miners infestation that i caught just on time

Noob grower here. Have no idea how to defoliate. Just did it because I didn't want the leaf miner infestation to spread. Just aimed towards eliminating the damaged leaves and the big fan leaves which were covering a few budsites
