So I found an auction for a 1/10 horsepower JBJ Titanium chiller for my reservoir.
It took like 10 days to ship out, though money was taken right away. Reason cited: appendix out and the doctors suck.
I receive the unit and let it site there a week or two.. I go to set it up and see dust inside the fins, much like the dust you see in an air conditioner or water cooler or computer power supply... This thing had been used.
Further proof was that there was biofilm residue inside the fittings. Also, the cork was missing from both holes AS WELL as the rubber gaskets.
So I put it together and it squirts all over because I didn't know it had missing rubber gaskets... I knew it was going to squirt from feeling it out, but WTF?
Missing parts? Used thing??
So I send him a message tonight and get back:
"This is how it was bought. It has never been hooked up in my home or any other place. Not sure which tubes you refer to or how " biofilm" residue would be there if the unit is new."

What bullshit..
So LUCKILY most of the cost was on a credit card and only $60 was from my paypal balance.. so I can dispute the charges... I just spent $50 on parts and shipping to get this POS going... I should shoot it with the mossberg, but my girlfriend would make me see a shrink.
