hey man i do flood and drain with a rapid rooter and hydroton do you know if recharge can get rid of cyanobacteria/hydroslime like the heisenberg tea can?? thanks

I used it in my aero cloner and it kept away the white slime, but it eventually started to clog up pumps and lines, recharge will build colonies quick. I wouldn't recommend it unless you clean it often.
thanks for the response but damn, like a full scrub and clean with bleach or would just changing the water work to keep it away? using h2o2 its takes 1.5-2 weeks before slime comes back fully but its always there, so i change and fully clean with bleach every 2 weeks. do you think it would keep the slime away if i just did a res change (not clean) once a week?
i feel you, i guess the heisenberg tea is the cure for root slime so it think im going to give that a try. its pretty cheap ingredients and i already got a spare airpump and bucket

So lately was wondering why my newly rooted clones were starting to die & why I'm not getting those healthy white roots anymore.
Stopped using recharge because I use VAM Endo-Mix to inoculate at transplants. Soon as I stopped using recharge the roots are looking strong & white again not thin & brown. The recharge seems to be killing my established bennies when I use it in my waterings, pretty sure its the trichoderma.
Im going to test a few plants just to make sure but im sticking to the VAM & EWC teas to recharge bennies from now on going forward.

I fell in love with recharge........that said ...i myself will not use it in dwc...used it in minimal amounts...but i had also used a "wilt guard" same fucking thing happened.....all my dwc plants got root rot......murdered some monsters....asked a million questions ....only thing i can guess is wilt guard and recharge counteracted each other and a bacteria arose....a lot of death...started some soil grows with a few dwc's on the side...they love it.. I innoculate with recharge, as well as add it every other feeding....i love it... Just scared to try it again in dwc....watched lykaboss use it in dwc...and i watched a 5x5 trellised area covered in budsites die off pretty dang quick....im sure ill get a million answers,, but how long do most run blue dream? Im 9 days away from week 8 and still have a lot of clear trichs...2 wks?

I no longer do swc or dwc
I used Vam with my Coco sipp and perilite hempy buckets with good success.
I'm now in a self mixed Coco/ Perilite/ EWC medium.
And useing the Raw complete line.
Useing reacharge with really good results.
Can't say what color the roots are but would guess brownish as that's the color of the medium.
The blue Dream for me allways went 9-10 weeks (after first pistal show) before finish in coco.

Ok so feedback after running out of VAM & inoculating w/ Recharge only.
It works just as well as the VAM but its one or the other. I think when you start w/ Recharge only its best but if using it with anther inoculant it kills the established bennies due to trichoderma. I dont know, only that I will keep using what I have but as a stand alone inoculant when potting up.
I have the same question. First time using Recharge and my plants never looked healthier.
RO water with Recharge is reading in the 8's? Is this ok?
Edit: Used at ph 8.6, Run off was 5.5-6.
Run off for Roots organic soil was around 5.5
Run off for Mendo Mix soil was around 6
Just wondering if anyone could put some science behind this?

Personally I don't PH when just watering with RO and recharge.
Doing the same brother but my OCD wants to know why this stuff still works regardless of PH?
