i'm a noobie, BUT i'd say if you have room for them to stretch 2 to 3 times then keep going, more yield for yourself with plant numbers, but if you dont' have more space to grow then start soon as possible. longer you veg, more yield bigger plant.

whenever youre ready. depending on the type of light youre using. id flower them to get good light penetration

total growth height (distance between bottom of light to top of soil) divided by 2 minus 2-6inches.

flower at that height and if its an indica youll be ok (mostly)

I'm probably going to wait longer. What kind of yield, per plant, do you think I would get if I flowered now?

It depends on the strain and conditions.
