this is my first grow . my plant is 3 ft tall. what do u guys think? is it time to start flowering stage? 12/12? also i have a couple leaves that sloop at the bottom is that a water or heat issue

I would of started flowering when it was half that size, you'll probably have to tie that thing down as plants can double or triple in height when they flower.
