ready for transition bloom nutrients?

I was wonder if i could start the transition to bloom mix that is on my floragrow bottle. Today is 3 weeks now that they have been in veg. I dont have alot of space and i herd the still grow alot in bloom. Was hopping to get some input
heres some pics to the stems are pretty big on 2 of them.

beautiful ladies you have there...you want to start 12/12 when you have about 2-3x the room left to grow, because that's roughly how much taller they will go. So since you are height restricted going 12/12 now is probably a good idea

ok cool. well i ended up putting in the normal veg mixture because i hadnt herd from any one. so would it be ok to do the 12/12 light now and replace the nutrients next week with a transition mix to bloom or could i just go ahead a do the bloom mix?
