All of the ones that have their single-bladed leaves completely formed and have begun growing their 3-bladed leaves are ready for weak nutrients.

very weak at that i would bet.... they look totally happy and awesome

A few are on the verge but the ones we can say for sure are not ready are 10, 11 & 12.
