hey everyone, this is my first grow.. im growing ICE. they are just over 1 month old. they are about 16-17" tall and have 5-9 nodes on them. Should i begin the Flowering stage sooon? or should i wait

any help will be appreciated

ive got about 7 feet of growing room for my plants. Ive Got a 400W MH and 4 23w CFLs for side lighting. I have 400w HPS for when i start flowering.
