reading visitor messages?

Every time I log in the notifications tab says i have one unread visitor msg. Thing is I have only gotten one msg and I've read it. How do I get this to go away?

It's not just you. I'm getting visitor message to other members, from other members. I have nothing to do with either party, yet they're showing up on my board.

I had to delete the msg to get the notification area to stop saying 1

those are not visitor messages when u go to profile those are latest activity u need to click on the vistor mess button
