Re-Confirm Account E-mails

I received an e-mail from "[email protected]" saying that I have to click a link to re-confirm my account on Rollitup, or else my account will be deleted.

The link it says to click on is on another domain: aweber.com - an e-mail marketing site.

Looks suspicious to me. Is this a legit email or a scam? How were they able to get my e-mail account associated with the forum?

Me either... figured I'd post here and warn others if they get the same thing.

I guess my question now is how did they get my e-mail address, which is not public. Either Rollitup is selling e-mail addresses to spammers, or there was a security breach. Not sure I can trust posting here any more.
 
I pretty sure there was a security breach. the site got attacked not so long ago. my anti-virus popped up 3 times a week ago when I visited this site and that's the first time in 2 years using this site that this has ever happened to me.
 
this is from us, we can not use our mail servers any more because sending out newsletters takes 1 week plus.
