RDWC Waterfall Design?

How many GPH needed for waterfall per site?
What design do you use?
Not going to use air pump so want to build best waterfall setup. PLEASE HELP!

Been researching waterfall method and still undecided which setup is best. Haven't done any farming since 2012. Will be first RDWC. Have two successful DWC T5 grows under my belt. So.....still a rookie for sure.

System info:
HLG 260XL rspec (ballast mounted outside tent)
2 site RDWC
15 gallon system
Three 10 gallon craftsman totes. Rez outside tent
4' X 4' Vivosun tent
Danner 400 inline water pump
2" return
3/4" feed reduced to 1/2" in totes
Active Aqua 1/10 chiller
Two 6" oscillating vivosun fans
4" scrubber
GH trio
Calimagic
Hydroguard
3.75" net pots
Blue lab growers toolbox
Dr. Meter lux meter
Aquatic life RO Buddie

Totes are kinda small,you could run a perimeter 1/2"line around the top.Drill 1/16 holes say every 1~2" angled down.

I have a 250gph running 4 rdwc pails 1/4 feed lines with air stonesstones and a 27g tote,tote has approx 20 holes, flow is good.
